1. About RKB Couriers

RKB Couriers provides courier, package forwarding, shipping, delivery, and concierge ordering services for customers in Jamaica.

Our services may include:

  • Package forwarding

  • Amazon Concierge ordering

  • Shipping account creation

  • Package tracking assistance

  • Pickup and delivery services

  • Customer support through WhatsApp, email, or social media

2. Customer Account Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

This includes:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Delivery or pickup details

  • RKB shipping code, where applicable

RKB Couriers is not responsible for delays, incorrect shipments, or missed updates caused by inaccurate customer information.

3. Package Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages are correctly addressed using the shipping details provided by RKB Couriers.

RKB Couriers is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Missing customer name or code

  • Customs processing

  • Airline or freight delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Warehouse delays

  • Third-party courier delays

  • Government or regulatory inspections

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated in writing.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size, shipment method, and applicable fees.

Customer package weight may be rounded up to the next full pound for billing purposes.

Shipping charges may include:

  • Freight charge

  • Handling fees

  • Customs or duty charges

  • Local delivery fees

  • Storage fees, where applicable

  • Other related service charges

RKB Couriers reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and government charges that may apply to their packages.

RKB Couriers may provide estimates, but final customs charges are determined by the relevant authorities.

RKB Couriers is not responsible for changes in customs charges, duty rates, or customs decisions.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.

These may include but are not limited to:

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Illegal drugs

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Explosives

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Stolen goods

  • Restricted medications

  • Items prohibited by customs or shipping carriers

RKB Couriers reserves the right to refuse, hold, or report any package suspected of containing prohibited or illegal items.

7. Amazon Concierge Service

RKB Concierge allows customers to send Amazon product links and have RKB Couriers place the order on their behalf.

By using this service, customers understand that:

  • Payment may be required before an order is placed

  • Product availability and pricing may change

  • Shipping/freight is calculated separately unless stated otherwise

  • Orders are subject to Amazon’s policies

  • Refunds, returns, or cancellations depend on the seller or platform policy

  • RKB Couriers is not responsible for manufacturer defects or inaccurate product descriptions from Amazon or third-party sellers

Where possible, packages may be shipped in the customer’s name so the customer can receive tracking updates.

8. Discounts, Promotions & Shipping Points

RKB Couriers may offer discounts, cashback, reward points, or promotional offers from time to time.

Promotions may include:

  • Amazon Concierge discounts

  • Shipping points

  • Referral rewards

  • Limited-time offers

  • Influencer or discount codes

All promotions are subject to change, expiration, or cancellation at RKB Couriers’ discretion.

Shipping points or cashback rewards have no cash value unless stated otherwise and may only be used according to RKB Couriers’ reward policy.

9. Payments

Customers must make payments using approved payment methods provided by RKB Couriers.

Payment may be required for:

  • Concierge orders

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs fees

  • Delivery fees

  • Outstanding balances

  • Other service charges

Orders may be delayed, held, or cancelled if payment is not received.

RKB Couriers reserves the right to refuse service to customers with unpaid balances.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For Concierge orders:

  • Refunds depend on whether the order has already been placed

  • If Amazon or the seller refuses a refund, RKB Couriers may not be able to issue a refund

  • Service fees may be non-refundable

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable once the package has been shipped

RKB Couriers is not responsible for refund delays caused by third-party platforms, banks, sellers, or payment processors.

11. Package Pickup & Storage

Customers are expected to collect packages within the stated pickup period after being notified.

RKB Couriers may charge storage fees for packages not collected within the required timeframe.

Packages left uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned.

RKB Couriers reserves the right to dispose of, return, or resell abandoned packages after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

12. Loss, Damage & Liability

RKB Couriers will take reasonable care when handling customer packages.

However, RKB Couriers is not liable for:

  • Damage caused before the package reaches our handling process

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Poor seller packaging

  • Delays by third-party carriers

  • Customs seizures or inspections

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Force majeure events outside our control

Customers are encouraged to request insurance or package protection where available.

RKB Couriers’ liability, where applicable, may be limited to the value of the service paid or the declared package value, subject to review.

13. Customer Communication

RKB Couriers may contact customers through:

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone call

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Instagram or social media

  • Website notifications

Customers are responsible for responding promptly to messages regarding payments, package updates, missing information, or delivery arrangements.

14. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse the RKB Couriers website.

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

  • Submit false information

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Upload harmful files or malicious content

  • Attempt unauthorized access to admin areas

RKB Couriers reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to users who misuse the website.

RKB Couriers may collect customer information necessary to provide services.

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Shipping details

  • Order information

  • Payment-related details

  • Communication history

Customer information is used for order processing, shipping, customer support, and service improvement.

RKB Couriers will not sell customer personal information to third parties.
