Once you register with RKB Couriers, you will receive your shipping addresses along with a unique shipping code that you can use to shop on any website. Your shipping address MUST include your unique code to prevent any mishaps or delays in the shipping of your package. Your unique code is the identifier that begins with the letters "RKB".

We do not have a physical location at the moment; however, packages can be delivered via Knutsford Express or Zip Mail. We also arrange for pickup at central locations in Kingston. Contact us to see if this applies to your area.
We ship 4 times per week via air and once every two week via sea from the U.S. to Jamaica.
Our current payment methods include Bank Transfer, Lynk, Crypto, and Cash on Delivery. Please note that bank transfers must reflect in our account prior to the delivery of any packages. To ensure timely processing, a screenshot of your payment receipt must be sent via WhatsApp to (876) 805-6003 or via email to [email protected].
